Since the law passed on the 20 July 2011, the objects which are entrusted to us with a view to be sold at public auction, can equally be the object of a transaction by private treaty.

In fact, the new legislative text allows objects which have not found a buyer at auction sale, to continue to be put up for sale without a time limit. However the law equally allows for them to be given over to private treaty before their transferal to auction.
